The shortest verse in the Bible...

...says "Jesus wept." (John 11:35)

Pastor Don Landis is continually drilling into us that every single word in Scripture has significance and meaning or it wouldn't be there. So what's the significance of this tiny verse? Well, to me it now has extreme importance. It means that it's okay to cry. Even Jesus cried. We are human and have human emotions. That's the way God created us. Tears are a release of emotion, the kind of emotion depending on the situation. But it's okay to cry. Jesus did.
